These documents include all ongoing clinical trials in the MRLT vision science lab at UC Davis as well as the sample collection form to include with all shipped samples. We also provide our IACUC, consent form, and promotional poster for the Boston Terrier corneal endothelial dystrophy study. We are happy to provide these documents for other studies upon request.
