Dr. Vanessa Kuonen Cavens Performs Double Cataract Surgery on Komodo Dragon
Zoo keepers at the Cincinnati Zoo noticed that Hudo the komodo dragon's eyes started to become cloudy and he stopped reacting to movement. Last week, ACVO Diplomate, Dr. Vanessa Kuonen Cavens, performed double cataract surgery on him to help restore his vision! Thank you, Dr. Kuonen Cavens for helping improve Hudo's quality of life!
